Work with an international Product Owner on a real client case

You leave with two deployed cases, not two certificates.

What you leave with

Eight weeks, and your portfolio stops looking like coursework.

One case from a real client, one AI product of your own. Both deployed, both openable by someone else.

01

Two deployed cases

One from a real client, one AI product of your own that you pitch. Both go into your portfolio with an address people can open.

02

A professionally recorded demo day

Recording at a quality you can send to a recruiter, judged by people from the industry rather than only by us.

03

Internship connections

Introduced to real clients. Top graduates continue on a paid internship with Universa Academy.

04

1-on-1 mentoring and mock interviews

Career review and interview practice with people who have sat on the other side of the table.

International environment

An international Product Owner, every week, in English

This is the least comfortable part and the most useful. You report to someone who does not know you and judges only what runs.

  • Weekly standups with an international Product Owner, in English.
  • Deadlines that come from outside, not from your own group agreement.
  • Feedback read off a working product, not off good intentions.
  • How to talk about your work to non-technical people, which is what interviews test.
Eight weeks

Three phases, two products, one demo day

Phase 1 · Weeks 1–331 Oct – 14 Nov

AI/ML foundations that survive production

Not a theory course. You build components that go into both of your cases later.

  • + Retrieval, evaluation and tooling people actually use
  • + Build a system that can refuse, not one that always answers
  • + Cost and latency: when your system stops being usable
Phase 2 · Weeks 4–621 Nov – 5 Dec

A real client case with your Product Owner

Your team takes one client brief. Weekly standups in English, deadlines from outside.

  • + A real brief, a real scope, and someone waiting for it
  • + Weekly standups with your international Product Owner
  • + Deploy, then fix based on use rather than on plans
Phase 3 · Weeks 7–812 – 19 Dec

Your own AI product and demo day

One product you choose, build, and pitch in front of industry people.

  • + Build and deploy your own AI product
  • + Pitch practice, then a professionally recorded demo day
  • + Career review and a 1-on-1 mock interview
Come if
  • You can already build and deploy something, and now you want a heavier case.
  • You are ready to be judged in English by an outsider every week.
  • You need a portfolio a recruiter can open, not a list of courses.
Skip it if
  • × You have never deployed anything. Start with the first programme.
  • × You do not want to present in English.
  • × You cannot make Saturdays in Yogyakarta.
