What we collect

When you register for a program we collect your full name, email address, WhatsApp number (optional), and the program or session you chose. Scholarship applications additionally include the link to the application video you submit.

What we use it for

Your details are used to confirm your registration, send joining details and reminders (by email and, if you gave a number, through our WhatsApp assistant), administer the program you signed up for, and contact you about that program. We do not sell your data.

Where it is stored

Registrations are stored in a managed database (Vercel Postgres/Neon). To deliver reminders, your name, contact details, and registered session are also processed by the provider running our WhatsApp assistant.

Analytics

Our pages use Meta Pixel to measure ad performance; it records events such as a completed registration and may set third-party cookies. You can limit this through your browser or Meta ad settings.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us on WhatsApp at +62 818-0583-6965 and we will handle it.

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with an updated date.
