- A coding agent (Claude Code or Antigravity) with MCP enabled
- Python and git
- ffmpeg on your PATH
- A cloud GPU account (Vast.ai or RunPod), ready to use
One thing to check: test every tool on your own laptop the day before.
This is a workshop, not a webinar
You build in the same room as the mentor. Your error gets looked at, not answered in a chat column.
The room is small on purpose, so everyone gets time one on one.
You leave with a repository that runs, not notes you plan to read later.
